The St Chad’s Centre kitchen is bright and airy. It has its own entrance with a shuttered serving hatch to the Meeting Hall and counter serving in a vestibule to the Function Hall. There are floor and wall mounted storage cabinets around 3 sides with 2 central units giving ample table top surface for food preparation. Equipment includes a large gas cooker, industrial dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Bain-marie (for keeping plates and food warm), a water boiler providing constant hot water and crockery and cutlery for up to 200 people.
